This Refund Policy applies to orders of the Jelly Lean App sold by HN Digital Group LLC.

1. Digital Product

Jelly Lean is delivered as instant digital access. There is nothing to ship or return, so refunds are handled as a reversal of the payment.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments are processed by Digistore24.com Because Digistore24 is the authorized reseller of your order, refunds are issued through Digistore24 in accordance with the refund terms shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

3. Requesting a Refund

You can request a refund either through the Digistore24 order support page linked in your purchase confirmation email, or by writing to support@hndigitalgroup.online. To help us locate your order quickly, include the email address used at checkout and your order number.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. Access After a Refund

Access to the Jelly Lean App ends when a refund is issued.
